Key Responsibilities Working within a factory/workshop environment
Operating power presses
Testing finished products
Carrying out quality checks and inspections
Producing and assembling mechanical components
Maintaining 5S standards
Collaborating with other departments to support production needs
Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety requirements
Skills & Qualifications Completed apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent Mechanical Engineering qualification (essential)
Competent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience in assembly, fabrication, and inspection
Ability to identify root causes and develop effective engineering solutions
