Job DescriptionXpert Recruitment is recruiting for an Engineering Technician on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Stone. This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled, mechanically biased engineer to join a fast-paced production environment, supporting both machinery and site maintenance.***Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm rotating*** Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults Minimise downtime and support production efficiency Perform routine plant and facility checks Respond quickly to breakdowns Assist with new installations and upgrades Maintain accurate maintenance records Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations

Requirements:

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Mechanically biased, multi-skilled engineer Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Must have the ability to read electrical drawings ( City & Guilds or apprenticeship () Flexible and reliable with a proactive attitude

Skills:

Strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork Computer literate Hands-on, practical approach Able to work at height when required
