They are currently looking for a Engineering Team Lead to join their expanding team.\n\nAs an Engineering Team Lead, what you'll be doing:\n\nIdentifying failure modes of plant equipment and returning the equipment to operation safely and in a reasonable timescale.\nDiagnosing and repairing equipment breakdowns.\nTo liaise with engineering day teams to identify and resolve long-term engineering issues.\nLocating spare parts using the maintenance management system. Collecting and returning spares to stores.\nIdentifying failure modes of electrical equipment and making recommendations to prevent further failures.\nObtaining maintenance schedules from the maintenance management system and feeding back work carried out.

Work arising to be recorded using notifications.\nTo carry out preventive maintenance routines, including the following:\nWorking collaboratively with Maintenance Engineers and other Engineering Team Leads to ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance is completed in line with scheduling. \n\nWhat we'll need from you:\n\nSignificant experience within a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role within manufacturing with experience as and Engineering Team Lead being beneficial. \nConstant drive, enthusiasm, and self-motivation with ability to motivate others.\nAbility to work under pressure.\nAccurate and timely reporting skills.\nCompleted an apprenticeship as a Maintenance Engineer.\nWorking knowledge of good engineering practices.\nRelevant qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent City & Guilds or HNC) or equivalent.
