Engineering Team Leader

Location - Norfolk

Shift Pattern - 4 on 4 off days and nights

Salary- £50k - £55k

We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join a well-established food manufacturing site in Norfolk. This pivotal role sits within the engineering function and is responsible for leading shift-based maintenance activity and providing robust engineering support within a fast-moving production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, manage a team of engineers and contractors. Conduct shift handovers, regular activities, and develop close relationships with wider site teams Deploy engineering resources efficiently to optimise performance and reduce downtime Support continuous improvement activities and make active contributions to site projects Support the team with reactive and preventative maintenance through Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.Requirements

Recognised electrical and mechanical engineering qualifications, such as NVQ, BTEC, HNC, HND etc. Experience in a similar role, such as (engineering lead, lead engineer, senior engineer, maintenance team leader, maintenance shift leader, engineering supervisor) Demonstrable experience leading or supervising engineering teams Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholdersIf this opportunity is of interest, please apply or contact (url removed) for further informa...
