Engineering Project Manager Job Description
Manage multiple active engineering projects within a dynamic, global, and multi-project environment, reporting to the Engineering Project Management Lead. Plan, coordinate, and review project activities using process knowledge, risk management, and product understanding to ensure on-time delivery. Define clear technical objectives at project initiation, addressing functionality, cost, quality, risk, and validation plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders including Engineers, Product Managers, Sales, Quality, Testing, and Suppliers to drive key deliverables. Contribute to continuous process improvement by applying lessons learned and supporting lean, adaptable project execution in fast-paced environments.
