Are you experienced in precision machining and are now looking for an exciting opportunity that will see you be responsible for the production side of the business, leading a team of up to 25 strong?

This company was established over seven decades ago and in that time has grown to employ over ninety people. The company operates out of 70,000 square foot facility and are a mechanical component manufacturer.

The Role:
8:30 - 5 Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 2 Friday
Lead the production side of the business and work to ensure manufacturing deadlines are met
Lead a team of 25 on the workshop floor
Remain informed on your area of the business and conduct weekly reports to the MD
Work to optimise production efficiency and ensure a seamless workflow across a range of machining processes
Collaborate with the production planner, engineer and supervisor to enhance the production processes
