Software Engineering Manager – Liquidity Management - Greenfield Project

FinTech | SaaS | Cloud-Native | Azure | C#/.NET


Ripple is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead the modernisation of our Liquidity Management platform, powering $100B+ in daily cash flow across 40+ countries.


This is a rare opportunity to rebuild a mission-critical enterprise treasury system from legacy architecture to a scalable, cloud-native, event-driven platform.

What you’ll lead:


• Real-time liquidity visibility across banks, accounts & currencies

• Modern distributed systems on Azure (Function Apps, Service Bus)

• A high-performing team within a You-Build-It-You-Run-It culture


We’re looking for:


• Proven Engineering Manager experience - leading teams of 5+

• Strong background in C# / .NET / SQL Server

• Experience with cloud-native architecture (Azure preferred)

• Agile delivery & engineering excellence mindset

• Ability to scale teams and influence technical direction


You’ll operate at the intersection of FinTech, Treasury Management, SaaS, and Digital Assets, solving genuinely complex financial problems at global scale.
