As Engineering Manager your key role & responsibilities will be:

Part of the senior leadership team, managing a team of 10 in engineering Manage all manufacturing & engineering maintenance across site Lead from the front, be present on the shopfloor and in leadership meetings Manage health & safety, engineering compliance, asset care plans, monitor & develop OEE Budget control, CAPEX projects, continuous improvement activities Create training & development plans for all in engineering

Knowledge, skills & experience need for the Engineering Manager they are looking for:
