We’re partnering with a high-growth challenger consultancy that has expanded rapidly across the private sector, delivering technology and business change programmes for commercial organisations. Despite their pace of growth, they’ve built a strong operational backbone, with mature delivery governance, a well-established marketing function, and clearly defined, market-facing solutions.
Their focus is on helping clients modernise legacy environments, implement AI-enabled capabilities, and deliver scalable technology platforms that drive tangible business outcomes.
They’re now looking for an Engagement Manager to own and grow key client relationships post-sale. This is a commercially focused role where success is measured by account growth, revenue uplift, and the strength of long-term client partnerships.
The role
You’ll act as a trusted partner to private sector clients, overseeing technology and business change programmes while identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning senior client relationships across technology and business change initiatives
Ensuring high-quality delivery and a consistently strong client experience
Identifying and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to defined solutions
Expanding accounts and driving repeat business
Working closely with operations, delivery, and sales to convert client demand into commercial outcomes
What we’re looking for
Experience in engagement management, account management, or client services within technology consulting or professional services
A track record of growing revenue within existing private sector accounts
Commercially confident and comfortable being measured against targets
Strong stakeholder management skills across both technology and business leaders
A sales-oriented mindset focused on growth and value creation, not just delivery oversight
