Summary:

Reporting to the Operational Support Manager, the End User Systems Engineer will be responsible for the delivery and support of end-user systems and services. The role combines hands-on technical support with platform administration, automation, and continuous service improvement, requiring strong customer focus and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 2nd/3rd line support for end-user devices, applications and collaboration platforms * Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online and Teams * Manage and maintain endpoint platforms for Windows and macOS environments * Troubleshoot incidents and service requests, ensuring accurate ticket logging and updates * Deliver small to medium technical changes and improvements * Contribute to automation, documentation, and service improvements * Work collaboratively with internal teams and third-party suppliers

End User Systems Engineer / EUC Support Engineer

Attributes / Skills:

* Experience supporting enterprise end-user environments (Windows and macOS) * Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF, or SCCM) * Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g. PowerShell) * Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills * Experience using ITSM / ticketing systems * Well-organised, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
