Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus

We are working with a Legal 500 ranked law firm that is looking to recruit an Employment Associate to join its established and highly regarded Leeds team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer to take on a varied and high-quality caseload, working closely with partners and key clients across a range of sectors.

The Role

• Advising employers on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Working alongside senior members of the team, handling complex employment tribunal litigation, including discrimination and whistleblowing claims
• Providing strategic advice on restructures, redundancies, TUPE, and senior exits
• Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with strong post-qualification experience in employment law
• Currently operating at Associate level
• Commercial, pragmatic approach with excellent client-handling skills
• Strong technical ability combined with a collaborative mindset
