The role This role is an Employment Partner succession planning role, based in the heart of the West End of London. You will join a small team of two, where you will be overseeing two Associates. Currently, the Corporate Commercial Partner oversees this team but they are looking for a partner to head up this department. You will lead the department into the future, driving business and growth. This role could also be the perfect springboard to Equity for the right candidate. The caseload will be both claimant and respondent (rough split 60/40), you will also deal with contentious and non-contentious matters. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Commercial on what is anticipated to be a number of exciting projects over the coming 12-24 months. You will have a proven track record of expanding work streams and driving new business. You should be an Employment Solicitor with at least eight years PQE + Salary and package is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience and background.
