A top-tier international law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded team in Bristol or London. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment, advising major UK and global clients across a broad range of employment law matters.

The role offers a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including day-to-day advisory, Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, collective issues (TUPE, redundancies, industrial relations), and strategic compliance projects. You'll also contribute to cross-border mandates as part of the firm's global employment practice.
