What youll be doing- Responding to customer enquiries and delivering technical product support
- Reading schematics, diagnosing faults and offering solutions
- Assisting with technical documentation and application notes
- Working closely with R&D on new and existing products
- Supporting customer success with clear communication and a service-focused approach
What youll need
- Strong electronics knowledge + practical technician experience
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail, especially xbpsjku in technical writing
- Able to work comfortably across a range of electronic technologies
