Electronics Team Leader

We are looking for an Electronics Team Leader to join a 75 person scale-up. This is a unique opportunity to lead projects and mentor other engineers while continuing to apply your technical skills in cutting-edge product development.
Electronics Team Leader responsibilities:
Lead a small team of talented electronics engineers
Take ownership of electronic design from concept through to production
Work on diverse projects involving RF systems, high-speed digital interfaces, and embedded electronics.
Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical work
Electronics Team Leader essential skills
Strong background in electronics design, ideally with experience in RF and high-speed digital systems.
Experience working in world class teams
Proven ability to lead projects or teams, with excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Position: Electronics Team Leader
Location: Cambridge, 10 min walk from the station with parking.
Salary: £90-140k
