The vital Electromechanical Technician comes with a salary of c.£47,000 + overtime + bonus + benefits.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out planned & reactive maintenance on the EFW plant which will involve working on steam systems, rotating equipment, cranes, hydraulics & pneumatics, conveyors, electrical systems, motors, variable speed drives, switchgear etc. Performing fault finding & diagnostics on plant & equipment. Conducting routine servicing, plant modifications, installation & commissioning activities when required. Ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) compliance at all times. Supervising contractors which will include Permits to Work & Risk Assessments. Other duties as required.
Professional qualifications

A relevant technical qualification such as an Apprenticeship / NVQ / ONC / HNC / HND, etc in a mechanical or electrical engineering...
