As an Electrician, you will be:
Working across Nottingham and the surrounding areas
Carrying out remedial works within tenanted properties
Completing testing, inspections and fault finding
Supporting planned preventative maintenance where required

Id love to speak to anyone who has:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Testing and inspection qualifications such as 2391 or equivalent preferred
AM2
A full UK driving licence
Previous experience working in social housing or property maintenance preferred

This Electrician role is offering up to £42,000 as a basic salary with no call-out rota required.
