Role overview The purpose of this role is to work with various clients within the Social Housing and Local Authority sector to install, test and repair electrical systems and equipment. Duties & responsibilities Experience in domestic EICRs and social housing essential The maintenance, installation and repair of electrical systems within our portfolios. Accountability for general reactive maintenance, fault finding, ensuring satisfactory fault rectification. Undertaking general maintenance tasks and survey inspections in areas including confined spaces and at height.
