Data Centre Electrician Required - 2 Week Contract, Slough Urgently seeking a qualified electrician for a 2-week assignment at a data centre facility in Slough, starting immediately. This short-term role involves critical maintenance and repairs to ensure operational continuity in a high-uptime environment.?

Role Overview

Perform electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and testing on UPS systems, generators, switchgear, BMS, and power distribution units. Conduct isolations, PPMs, and incident response while adhering to strict safety protocols and BS 7671 standards.?

Requirements

City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent, plus 18th Edition wiring regulations.?

Proven data centre or critical infrastructure experience, including live environment work.? Busbar experience essential

CSCS/ECS card, full UK driving licence, and ability to work shifts if required.?

Rate & Details

Competitive day rates which will vary on experience, it can be paid weekly. 2 weeks onl, Monday-Friday, 40-50 hours a week
