We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team for an ongoing mixed-use development project that includes both residential and commercial installations. The ideal candidate will have experience working across varied environments, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.\n\nElectrician Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings\n\n * \n\n Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with and local electrical codes and safety regulations\n\n * \n\n Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently\n\n * \n\n Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades on site\n\n * \n\n Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment\n\nElectrician Qualifications:\n\n * \n\n Gold ECS card\n\n * \n\n Minimum 3 years of experience in both residential and commercial electrical work\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring, and safety protocols\n\n * \n\n Ability to work independently and in a team\n\n * \n\n Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation\n\nTo Apply:\nPlease send your CV below
