Day-to-day of the role:
Carry out Inspecting & Testing on customer's electrical installations (EICRs), including Emergency Lighting Testing, Fire Alarm Inspections, Mains Analysis, Thermal Imaging, and small remedial repairs as required.
Complete all relevant reports and certification associated with your inspection & testing using our cloud-based certification software.
Ensure all reports and certification are completed and submitted on time.
Travel to sites across the region and occasionally stay overnight to meet customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification.
City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395.
Experience working in an electrical testing environment.
Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including evening/twilight shifts (1 week in 6)
Full UK Driving Licence, with 6 points or less.
Good level of IT literacy.
Experience with Electrical installation/project work.
Understanding of UK Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.
