This role would suit a qualified Electrical Engineer or Technician looking for a stable, long-term position with a strong emphasis on compliance, safety, and proactive maintenance. Key Requirements
18th Edition
(or 17th Edition considered) NVQ Level 3
or equivalent in an electrical discipline Proven experience in PPM and reactive maintenance Ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team Strong health & safety awareness Role & Responsibilities
Carrying out
planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
and
reactive repairs Supporting site compliance activities and statutory inspections Working alongside and supervising
external contractors Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs in a timely manner Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety requirements Participating in the
on-call rota
(typically 1 week in 4) Working Hours & Benefits
Monday to Friday,
7.5 hours per day Standard working hours typically:
8:00am
4:00pm
or 9:00am
5:00pm
Flexibility required to meet operational demands Occasional weekend work
for out-of-hours repairs or project support (Overtime or time off in lieu provided) On-call allowance:
