Whatyoullachieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role istodeliver a high-quality, customer-focused electrical service across Ravens housing stock, including electrical inspections, installations, and maintenance to current legislative standards, whilst contributing to Ravens wider multi-skilled trades team. The role includes responsibilities across responsive repairs and void properties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnose faults accurately and carry out repairs or replacements efficiently, ensuring a right-first-time outcome that minimises disruption for residents.
• Maintain van stock levels in line with job needs and usage trends to reduce non-productive time and increase repair completion rates.
• Complete all job data on-site in real time using hand-held IT systems, enabling live job tracking,accuratecost control, and improved performance reporting.
• Deliver safe and compliant electrical repairs and maintenance in occupied and empty properties, completing all jobs to current legislative and internal quality standards.

Whatyoullbring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

• City & Guilds Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent.
• City & Guilds 2357, 2391/2394/2395 (Inspection & Testing), and 18th Edition (2382) qualifications.
• A strong understanding of health and safety, including working in tenanted Homes.
• Full UK driving licence

DBS clearance will berequiredfor this role.
