Job Role: Electrician Location: HM Prison Erlestoke, Erlestoke House, Erlestoke, Devizes SN10 5TU Salary: £40,579.20 per annum, (includes £1k RRA), plus overtime payments after 6 months Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week Holidays are 25 days per year plus Bank Holidays, and a range of non-contractual benefits are provided.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________ We are seeking a Level 3 qualified Electrician to join our team at HMP Erlestoke, a category C adult male prison.

We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for a Electrician with any combination of:
- Two years' experience working in a role as an electrician
- Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical systems
- Good working knowledge of planned preventive maintenance operations
- Electrician qualified to C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
- Certificate in BS7671 2018 (18th edition)
- Good Health & Safety knowledge.

- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.

GFSL has been notified by it's shareholder (MOJ) that the provision of FM Services will in future be delivered by the private sector.

This means that following a successful procurement process, GFSL's services will complete transfer to a private sector provider/providers no sooner than August 2027.
