Job Description

A social housing contractor is recruiting for an Electrician to carry out mainly 1st and 2nd fix works within properties in Grantham. This is a subcontract opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right person. Full details will be discussed at interview. Immediate start available.

Electrician duties:
  • 1st and 2nd fix electrical works
  • Some full and partial rewires
  • Working within social housing properties
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
  • Working in line with Health & Safety regulations

What is required for this Electrician position:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • 18th Edition
  • AM2
  • Experience within social housing
  • Own van and tools
  • Full UK driving license
