Job Description We are currently recruiting an experienced
Electrician
to work on a
social housing contract , carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across occupied and void properties. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work, working on behalf of a well-established contractor within the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities Carrying out
EICR testing and inspections
in social housing properties Completing electrical testing, fault finding, and minor remedial works Accurately completing certification and reports using handheld devices Working in occupied homes with a professional and customer-focused approach Ensuring all work complies with
BS7671 (18th Edition)
regulations Liaising with tenants, supervisors, and office staff as required
Requirements NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds
in Electrical Installation 18th Edition (BS7671) 2391 / 2394 & 2395
or equivalent inspection & testing qualification EICR experience
(essential) NICEIC / NAPIT registered
(preferred) Full
UK Driving Licence Experience working in
social housing / domestic properties DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
