Electrician - Self Employed CIS

Job Description
We have an opportunity for a qualified Electrician (ideally approved but not essential) to join our team. This position is full time labour only sub-contract.
As part of our employment checks, this role will require you to complete a satisfactory basic DBS check.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete planned preventative maintenance to commercial electrical installations
- Carry out electrical installation work
- Testing & inspection of electrical systems and equipment
- Complete electrical repairs
- Source correct parts to resolve issues
- Routine servicing of systems and completion of service reports
- Follow Health & Safety and Safe Systems of Work

Requirements
- Full UK drivers licence (no more than 6 points)
- 18th Edition qualification
- Testing & Inspection Qualification (Beneficial)
- A minimum 2 years industry experience
- Good knowledge of the industry and working practices
- Be competent and skilled in working on electrical systems
- Have the ability to identify issues and source the correct parts to resolve customer issues
- ECS or CSCS Card
- IT Literate preferably
- Excellent time keeping
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Polite, patient & courteous
- IPAF (Beneficial)
- PASMA (Beneficial)
Schedule
- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Overtime available
- Join out of hours call out rota 1 week in 8 weeks
