Key aspects of the role:
You'll be coring holes, fitting PIV's and fans for the Damp & Mould scheme.
Ensure works are compliant with up-to-date regulations and safety standards.
Attend emergency callouts and maintenance requests.
Liaise with tenants, housing officers and management to ensure operations run smoothly.
Working 8-4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Essential criteria:
C&G 2360 Part 1&2 Electrotechnical Competences plus the NVQ 3 Certificate 2356 with Technical Certs L2&3 plus the NVQ 3 Certificate or NVQ 3 2356 certificate
18th Edition
Full UK driving license (maximum 5 points)
Desirable:
Unvented Hot Water Certificate Water Regulations Certificate Part P
JIPB H&S Test Certificate with Current JIBP card
Testing & Inspecting Certificate C&G 2377
PAT Certificate
