A client of ours are looking for an Electrical Site Manager for their ground mount solar farm project in the Kent area.

Start date for this role is ASAP and it will go on until the end of August 2026.

You MUST have experience of working on a ground mount solar farm in a supervisory/managerial position.

Hours range between 8-10 hours a day and you would have to work Saturdays when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily on‑site supervision ensuring full compliance with project scope, engineering standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Identifies, documents, and escalates risks, issues, delays, and incidents while driving corrective actions with the project team. Manages subcontractors, suppliers, logistics, materials, and day‑to‑day site operations to meet quality, schedule, and contractual standards. Reviews drawings, method statements, technical documents, and subcontractor scopes to ensure correct on‑site implementation. Enforces health, safety, environmental, and site‑access controls, including contractor inductions and compliance with UK legislation. Maintains comprehensive documentation such as site diaries, progress logs, defects, quality records, and environmental/ESG data.
