Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Services Maintenance Officer to support the operational delivery of electrical maintenance services across a complex estate. This role involves overseeing statutory, planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuity of operations. You will manage a team of directly employed electrical staff, contractors, and be responsible for technical support and operational leadership in line with organisational service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Management & Organisation
* Lead and coordinate the electrical services maintenance team in line with company policies and guidance.
* Schedule and prioritise statutory, planned, and reactive maintenance, including defect repairs and minor works.
* Allocate and manage directly employed labour and external contractors to deliver services efficiently and to required standards.
* Manage workshops, vehicles, tools, and equipment to support operational readiness.
* Develop procedures aligned with the Estates Maintenance Strategy and Strategic Asset Management Plan.
