*Job Description*

We are seeking an experienced *Electrical Services Manager* to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth delivery of projects. This is a hands-on role in a small team environment, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage and coordinate electricians, labourers, and apprentices. * Schedule and book jobs; maintain project trackers. * Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone. * Estimate and price jobs from drawings and site surveys. * Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements). * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards. * Support NERS/ICP projects and liaise with DNO/IDNO. * Monitor costs and profitability;

*Skills and experience:*

*Essential:*

* Ability to work in a team as well independently. * Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. * Proven experience in electrical management or similar role. * Full UK driving license.

*Desirable:*

* Knowledge of RAMS, CDM 2015, and ISO 9001 compliance. * Strong estimating and pricing skills. * NERS/ICP experience highly desirable. * Qualifications: 18th Edition , ECS/CSCS card. * SSSTS/SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely preferred.

*Salary & Benefits:*

* *£35,000–£45,000 per annum* (Dependent on experience) * Company vehicle allowance, fuel card, phone. * Training and certification support
