Role Overview: An experienced Electrically Biased Contracts Manager is required to manage the delivery of electrical and M&E projects across a portfolio of HM Prison Service sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical expertise, proven contract management experience, and a background in delivering works within high-security environments. This role includes end-to-end project responsibility, from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency across all works. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee electrical and associated M&E works across prison sites, ensuring safe, timely, and within-budget delivery.

Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including prison estates teams and government representatives.

Compliance: Ensure all works are delivered in line with BS7671 regulations, CDM requirements, and site-specific security protocols.

Team Leadership: Manage in-house engineers and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of performance and adherence to safety procedures.
