As an Electrical Qualified Supervisor, you will be: Sign off electrical certification and oversee quality/technical compliance standards Plan, organise and support internal/external audits; maintain audit readiness Provide technical support to engineers as needed (no direct line management responsibility) Deliver or coordinate training for engineers where skills gaps are identified Support apprentices development, including liaising with their college and monitoring progress Undertake occasional travel to sites across the South Coast for audit/compliance activity properties
