We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale commercial new build project. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing electrical works from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all electrical aspects of a commercial new build project
*
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
*
Plan, programme, and monitor project progress against milestones
*
Control budgets, variations, and cost reporting
*
Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards, building regulations, and H&S requirements
*
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
*
Attend client, design, and site meetings as required
*
Ensure quality control, testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation
Electrical Project Manager Key Requirements

*
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial construction projects
*
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively
*
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
*
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
*
Proficient in project reporting and planning tools
