Job Description

Electrical Manager\n\nWe are currently delivering a commercial office fit-out project and are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to join the team on a freelance basis. This is a site-based role responsible for managing all electrical works, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme.\n\nRole Overview\n\nAs Electrical Manager, you will take full responsibility for the electrical package on site, leading electrical supervisors, electricians, and subcontractors, and working closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team to ensure a successful project handover.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Overall management of the electrical works on a commercial office fit-out project\n\n * \n\n Manage and coordinate electrical supervisors, electricians, and specialist subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and design information\n\n * \n\n Ensure installations are delivered in line with design, programme, and budget\n\n * \n\n Plan and monitor works, track progress, and proactively manage risks and delays\n\n * \n\n Coordinate with other trade managers, site management, and client teams\n\n * \n\n Lead health & safety compliance for the electrical package, including RAMS, PPE, and safe systems of work\n\n * \n\n Carry out regular site inspections and quality assurance checks\n\n * \n\n Oversee testing, inspection, and commissioning activities\n\n * \n\n Manage snagging, defects, and final handover documentation\n\n * \n\n Ensure all electrical certification and O&M documentation is complete and accurate\n\n * \n\n Maintain clear site records, reports, and progress updates\n\nRequired Experience & Qualifications\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as an Electrical Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects\n\n * \n\n Strong background in commercial office fit-outs / CAT A / CAT B projects\n\n * \n\n Valid ECS Gold Card\n\n * \n\n SSSTS (SMSTS )\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of current electrical regulations and site safety requirements\n\n * \n\n Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills\n\n * \n\n Full UK Driving Licence\n\nTo Apply\n\nPlease submit your up to date CV to apply for the Electrical Manager position
