Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: London Blackfriars
Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 basic
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am – 4pm & 8am-5pm

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Multi-skilled Electrical Engineer to join their team at a prestigious corporate office building near London Blackfriars station. You'll work alongside a dedicated team of 6 engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of the building's systems.

Client facing environment so seeking engineers that have worked in corporate environments previously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime.

- PPM, Reactive maintenance across all electrical, mechanical and HVAC kit onsite.
- Carry out compliance checks to meet industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with onsite engineers and contractors to deliver seamless services.

- Participate in a callout ROTA (1 in 4 weeks, £100 allowance per week).

Requirements:
- Must be UK-based with a valid right to work.
- No sponsorship available for this role.

Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to:
- Emergency lighting, fire alarms
- Single/Three phase power supply

- PPMs
- FCUs
- AHUs

- Generators

- BMS

Skills required:

The successful candidate MUST have:

- Worked within building services for the last 5 years

- C&G/NVQ in Electrical Installation
