The Role You will be responsible for maximising plant availability by carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and continuous improvement projects.
Working within a shift-based engineering team, you will ensure high operational standards, compliance, and health & safety best practice at all times.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high plant availability and efficient breakdown response Diagnose faults and carry out effective electrical repairs Implement and develop PPM schedules to minimise downtime Record recurring faults and develop engineered solutions Carry out minor maintenance on plant and equipment Liaise with external contractors xehkeey where required Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental standards About You: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) essential Experience within industrial, plant, or heavy engineering environments Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Proactive, safety-focused and able to work effectively within a shift team
