This is a fantastic chance to be part of a forward-thinking engineering team focused on plant reliability, continuous improvement, and high safety standards.The Role You will be responsible for maximising plant availability by carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and continuous improvement projects. Working within a shift-based engineering team, you will ensure high operational standards, compliance, and health & safety best practice at all times.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high plant availability and efficient breakdown responseDiagnose faults and carry out effective electrical repairsImplement and develop PPM schedules to minimise downtimeRecord recurring faults and develop engineered solutionsCarry out minor maintenance on plant and equipmentLiaise with external contractors where requiredMaintain compliance with health, safety and environmental standardsAbout You:NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) essentialExperience within industrial, plant, or heavy engineering environmentsStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsProactive, safety-focused and able to work effectively within a shift teamJBRP1_UKTJ
