Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in their leading facility in Telford For the successful Maintenance Engineer our client is offering; £43,680 Per Annum Weekly Production Bonus (depending on the businesses performance) 4 on 4 off 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM Permanent position Free parking Overtime available Bonus scheme Life insurance Profit sharing/share options The Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer; Investigate faults and work with electrical and mechanical systems (such as Siemens S7) Carry out planned preventative maintenance and root-cause analysis for fault-finding on machinery Attend and diagnose machine breakdowns, including mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatics failures in an efficient manner Utilise a range of tools and engineering techniques to repair and maintain machinery to operational standards Ensure all maintenance issues are logged into the relevant systems accurately and promptly Maintain high levels of compliance with health and safety standards whilst performing duties Play a pivotal role in maintenance engineering projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives Regularly liaise with maintenance, production and quality departments regarding maintenance issues Service and maintain various other plant equipment, examples being: water heaters, pumps, etc.
