The role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, responsibilities include:

• Planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support across seven production lines
• Electrical fault finding, component replacement and reading technical drawings
• Mechanical maintenance including bearings, shafts, hydraulics and pneumatics
• PLC fault interrogation (Siemens) checking inputs and outputs
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the factory

To succeed as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will need:

• Level 3 engineering qualification (NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent) xbpsjku in electrical or mechanical discipline
• Experience within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
• Strong fault-finding capability with electrical competency
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
• A proactive attitude with aspirations to develop
