Role: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £53,500
Location: Leeds
Shifts: 4-week rolling shift pattern / 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am

Shift Rotation:
Week 1: Tuesday - Friday - nights, Saturday - Sunday - off
Week 2: Monday - Tuesday - days, Wednesday-Thursday - off, Friday-Saturday - days
Week 3: Sunday - Monday - night, Tuesday - off, Wednesday - Thursday - days, Friday - focus day (focus on what the team needs to do)
Week 4: 10 days off, then the pattern repeats again
Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a global drinks manufacturing company based in Leeds? Ideally Engineers will have worked within a fast-paced manufacturing environment such as food or FMCG. This role is key to keeping the production facilities running safely, efficiently, and reliably. Role:
Carrying out routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery
Working with different teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and quality procedures
Conducting equipment checks and keeping accurate maintenance records
Supporting the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment
Providing technical support and guidance to production staff when needed
Looking for ways to improve processes and boost operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent - ideally apprentice trained
Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blue prints & schematics
Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
