Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Foot Mobile)

London – Zones 1 & 2 (Travel Paid)

Full Time | Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking a Level 3 Qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team, covering commercial properties across London Zones 1 & 2.

This is a foot mobile role, ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across multiple sites in a fast-paced city environment.

The Role

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on commercial electrical systems
• Reactive maintenance and fault finding
• Lighting, power, emergency lighting and small works
• Ensuring compliance with current regulations and health & safety standards
• Building strong relationships with clients and tenants
• Accurate completion of paperwork and reporting

✅ Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent) – Essential
• 18th Edition (preferred)
• Experience in commercial maintenance environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
