Salary: £45,000 per annum + overtime
Location: UK wide - Offices based in Dudley
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week + paid overtime
Overtime Rates:
Saturday: Time and a half
Sunday: Double time
Bank Holidays: Double time
The Opportunity
Our client, a growing and well-established automation and electrical installation specialist, is seeking an Electrical Installation Supervisor to join their delivery team.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing electrical installation works on automation projects across the UK. You will play a central part in planning, site coordination, team leadership, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
The Role
As Electrical Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Supervising electrical installation activities on live project sites
Maintaining and updating the Electrical Installation Handbook
Planning and organising site activities ahead of project kick-off
Creating job installation packs and supporting project planning
Ordering, controlling, and coordinating materials and equipment
Leading site inductions and project kick-off briefings
