They are seeking experienced Electrical Fitters to support the construction, testing, and installation of bespoke electrical systems and equipment at their UK manufacturing facility and customer locations worldwide.

This is a hands-on, technically focused role suited to an Electrical Fitter or Electrical Technician with strong machine build and fault-finding experience, looking for international travel opportunities and long-term career development within a growing engineering environment.

The role is based at their production facility in Telford.

Main Responsibilities: Construction and assembly of electrical systems and equipment from detailed engineering drawings Electrical wiring, panel building, and machine build within a manufacturing environment Testing, fault-finding, diagnostics, and quality assurance of electrical equipment Installation, commissioning, and support of systems at customer sites across the UK and worldwide Working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team Prioritising workloads to meet project timescales and production deadlines Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards Required Skills: Proven hands-on experience in electrical assembly, machine building, or industrial equipment installation Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability on electrical systems Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes and electrical build procedures Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics Experience working to high-quality and safety standards within an engineering environment Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel worldwide and work overtime when required Benefits: Salary up to £32,000 25 days holiday bank holidays Overtime opportunities International travel opportunities Ongoing training and development Career progression within a growing engineering business Got your attention?
