This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a respected M&E Building Services contractor delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects typically ranging from £2m to £8m.

The company operates as a specialist M&E contractor with strong design and build capability, delivering fast-track commercial projects across London and the surrounding areas. The Role – Electrical Estimator

You will be responsible for pricing electrical packages typically ranging from £500k to £2m, as part of wider commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Working closely with the pre-construction team, you will be involved from initial enquiry through to final submission, ensuring accurate and competitive tenders.

Key responsibilities include:

* Reviewing tender documentation including drawings and specifications

* Producing accurate electrical take-offs and cost plans

* Issuing enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors
