Electrical Estimator/ Tendering Engineer - Competitive salary + package (DOE)

West Midlands (Hybrid considered) Full-time – Permanent Opportunity

Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator looking to work on complex infrastructure projects where your input has a real impact?

Rowles Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well-established, privately owned engineering and infrastructure business with over 25 years’ experience delivering projects across the UK. This is a company where leadership is visible, decisions are made quickly, and people are trusted to take ownership. We are driving the recruitment in search of an Electrical Estimator/Tendering Engineer to support the delivery of accurate, competitive tenders across a range of electrical schemes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for electrical projects

• Reviewing drawings, specifications and client requirements

• Working closely with clients, design, commercial and operational teams

• Supporting the full tendering process from enquiry to submission

• Ensuring estimates are technically accurate and commercially viable

What we’re looking for:

• Experience estimating electrical projects (11kV+ but not essential)

• Strong understanding of industry standards and compliance

• Experience within infrastructure, utilities or similar sectors

• High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness

• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
