Foot Mobile Engineer\n\nDue to continued growth our client is currently looking for a Foot Mobile Engineer to join their team. This Foot Mobile Engineer role is for an existing portfolio of commercial sites in Oxford Circus.\n\nAs a Foot Mobile Engineer your key responsibilities will be:\n\n * Complete PPM tasks in line with the yearly planner to the HVAC equipment within our contracts, for example:\n o FCUs – (Replacing Motors, Valves, Controls)\n o AHUs\n o Pumps\n o Motors\n o Lighting & Emergency Lighting\n o Plumbing tasks (Ball Valves, Toilet Systems, Control Valves)\n o Electrical task (Ballasts, Batteries, Small Installs)\n o L8 Water Hygiene Tasks\n\n * To carry out PPM duties to the relevant schedule when covering engineers.\n\n * To make sure all site paperwork is kept up to date and sent to office at required frequency.\n\n * To carry out reactive works when requested within an acceptable timeframe.\n\n * Provide clear and detailed information when quotations are to be provided.\n\n * Ensure that sub-contractors used carry out work in accordance with company instructions.\n\n * The Mobile Engineer will inform the Contracts Manager of any issues which are relevant and may escalate.\n\n * To carry out overtime when needed to complete the agreed out of hours works time on site, arranging and managing extra personal as required.\n\n * To provide reports where needed for the out of hours servicing, within an acceptable timeframe after the servicing.\n\nTo be considered for this role, you should have one of:\n\n * BTEC / HND / HNC / ONC / Degree / Electrical Apprenticeship\n\n * City & Guilds 236 Parts one & two\n\n * City & Guilds 2360 Levels one and two\n\n * City & Guilds 2367 part 1 & 2368 part 2\n\n * City & Guilds 2330 Levels two and three\n\n * City & Guilds 2357 Levels two and three\n\n * Any subsequent City & Guilds course used to replace 2357.\n\n * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including UPS, generators, and switchgear\n\n * Experience with control systems, such as BMS, EPMS, and SCADA\n\n * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.\n\nPreferred qualifications / experience\n\n * High Voltage competent\n\n * Health and Safety certified (IOSH or NEBOSH)\n\n * Relevant experience in a data centre environment or a similar critical environment\n\nIf you are interested in this Foot Mobile Engineer role please APPLY NOW
