Standards & Procedures Development - Develop, implement, and continuously improve company policies, procedures, and engineering standards, including DNO/INA/BS specifications. Competency & Authorisation Oversight - Lead the assessment and authorisation process for Competent, Authorised, and Senior Authorised Persons working on the electricity distribution network. Stakeholder & Industry Engagement - Liaise with ICPs to manage authorisations, support asset adoption, and represent the company on industry panels and forums. Compliance & Accreditation Support - Support the Engineering Team to ensure operational processes meet health and safety standards and national accreditations, while maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge. Experience / Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of national Distribution Safety Rules (DSRs) and experience in electricity network design, construction, commissioning, and operations, LV networks including 33/11kV networks. Proven ability to develop engineering standards, procedures, and specifications within an asset management environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey technical electrical engineering concepts across teams and stakeholders. Qualifications Degree or equivalent in Engineering.
