We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our client in Essex. This contract role is for an initial 12-month term with a high likelihood of extension and is outside IR35. The position is fully on-site, 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality electrical design solutions using EPLAN Electric P8 Develop and maintain detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and design documentation Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver robust design solutions Support project delivery in line with engineering schedules and deadlines Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and client specifications Assist with technical problem-solving and design improvements throughout the project lifecycleRequirements:

Strong, demonstrable experience using EPLAN (essential) Background in Electrical Design Engineering within an industrial or engineering environment Ability to produce detailed electrical schematics and technical documentation Strong understanding of electrical systems design principles Experience working within project-driven engineering teams Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative environmentBenefits:
