Electrical Control Technician (Water Treatment / MEICA)

Are you an ICA Technician with commissioning experience, looking to join a specialist process engineering company who will support your development with structured progression, flexible working, and long-term project stability?
\n
\n
On offer is the opportunity to become a key member of the delivery and commissioning team, working on water and wastewater treatment projects across the Midlands and wider UK. You will play a vital role in the installation, commissioning, and optimisation of electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation systems.

This role would suit an Instrumentation, Control & Automation Technician with MEICA commissioning experience, looking to join a forward-thinking engineering business working on technically varied and meaningful projects.

The Role:
\n
\n
Electrical installation and servicing of instrumentation, control, and automation systems
* Delivery and commissioning of small to large-scale electrical installations
* Set up, scaling, and calibration of field instrumentation
* Electrical fault-finding, testing, and recertification
* Supporting commissioning documentation including FATs, SATs, pre-test inspections, and snag lists
* Liaising with engineers and customers to optimise water and wastewater process performance
* Working across water and wastewater treatment infrastructure

The Person:
\n
\n
HNC or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an Instrumentation, Control or Automation discipline
* 18th Edition qualification
* Full clean UK driving licence

\n
\n
